Hi guys! Things come up and then you have to travel.It could be an emergency travel,vacation travel ,work travel,it goes on and on and on.It doesn't matter.What matters is that you're traveling and for kinky hair naturalists,if you forget the essentials,you know what that means #MessyHairDay #BadHairDay .As a kinky naturalists ,am very careful because you don't want people to look at you and give you all those hashtags especially if you would have to attend a business meeting,you would have no reason for being messy,unless of course you want that :) .For me once your hair is messy,you are messy,real messy

               So today I'll be outlining  the travel must have for every naturalista .This would be of tremendous help to you ,so lets begin.

TRAVEL ESSENTIALS [MUST-HAVES] FOR EVERY KINKY NATURALISTA.

In no particular order,

1)  LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER:-  Really,what this does to my hair is really amazing,i can't do without this.It strengthens,softens and untangles every strand of my hair and it makes it easy to work with .

 

2)BOBBY PINS :- As tiny and slim as this might look,you don't know when you'll have to tuck in and shape a little or more.This tiny stuffs has really been helpful over my kinky hair journey.There are days that I'll style my hair this way and it would turn the other way round.I'll just pin here and there,Voila! its perfect"BOOBY PINS ARE HAIR CHANGERS AND HELPERS".

3)SATIN BONNET OR SCARF :-  Every kinky naturalists should sleep in one and your hair should be in a braid or twist before going to bed ,it's really helpful.I said satin because it slides and doesn't slip out of the head .It stays all night long but if you have other ones you use and it is working for you,Fine! but remember to pack them.

4)  AFRO AND LARGE TOOTH COMB:- However,yours might be,either rubber ,wood or metal .Don't forget them. They are very essential.

5) HAIR WASH KIT:-    These includes your wash -out conditioner,shampoo ,spray bottle and whatever you use to wash your hair.Mine would include vinegar,i don't know about you.Don't forget it.



6) HAIR MOISTURIZING AND SHINE CREAM/OIL :- Whatever you use to lock in moisture and every kinky hair needs a shine.So,you'll always need oil to give it that shine.

7) HEAD BANDS AND CLIPS: For defined style ,you choose anyone of great help to you.They could be stretchy,big or small.You know which one you would need.There are of various shapes,sizes and styles.

8) EDGE CONTROL:- It's a must for those who always love their edges laid back.It always gives that sleek defined look.I don't do it all the time but most naturalistas do.
